The Tour of Selwyn

The Selwyn Sports Trust is excited to announce its latest event, ‘The Tour of Selwyn’. Taking place on November 8, the Tour of Selwyn will take cyclists across the district, covering approximately 150kms and raising vital funds for its Activator Programme.

This ride is not designed to be a race, but a bunch ride through the Selwyn District, taking riders from the Selwyn Foothills through to Tai Tapu. It will cover approximately 150km, broken into two 75km legs enabling those that find the full distance too daunting to enter as a team. The ride will weave past many of our schools in the district. Training rides to support preparation and bunch riding skills for the event will be provided.

Riders will be raising funds for the Activator Programme and can affiliate themselves with a participating Selwyn Primary School if they wish too.
